The DeLand Police Department is looking for wanted subject SHANTELL JANICE MACKEY who has a felony warrant in reference to SALE OF COCAINE WITHIN 1000 FT OF A PARK. 

The warrant has a $30,000 and nationwide pickup. Current whereabouts are unknown.
