FDLE Mobile Application
FDLE is excited to announce the launch of it's new mobile application, which is now available in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The App is free to download.
One of the features is an interactive map showing sexual offenders/predators who have registered an address near the location of your mobile device. This is a valuable resource for parents to be aware of their child's surroundings. To use the interactive map to display the registered residential addresses of sexual offenders and predators, location service on the mobile phone must be turned on. However all other sections of the app are still useable even if location services are not turned on.
The FDLE mobile app does not track your location or store your personal information.
Other resources within the app include:
* Search active AMBER, Missing Child and Silver Alerts, as well as missing persons alerts;
* Report Suspicious Activity
* Search Florida crime information like wanted persons or stolen vehicles; and
* Search unsolved cases in Florida.
