Property Evidence FEBUARY 2023 POSTING
If property is NOT claimed within (90) days from received date, then ownership to that property will rest with the Deland Police Department as authorized in Chapter 705 of the Florida State Statutes. At the conclusion of the (90) day period, said property will be disposed of according to Florida Law.
When claiming property, you must produce a PICTURE ID as proof of identity along with some form of documentation of ownership.
