Getting ready for the Mayor’s Backpack event being held on Saturday, Aug 6th!
On Tuesday night, members of the DeLand PD Youth Cadets prepared bags that will be given out by the cadets and members of the Police Department at the Mayor's Backpack Giveaway at Earl Brown Park on Saturday.
All the fun begins this Saturday, August 6th beginning at 8 am at Earl Brown Park, 815 S. Alabama Ave. Stop by the PD tent to say hello and get an activity bag.
