This introduction to Women's Self Defense is perfect for those who have never trained before. It's also a great refresher course for those who already have skills. We'll be covering the basic tools, techniques and targets you'll need to know to safely get away. Open to adult women of all ages so bring your family and friends for a girl's night out!

Arrive early to check-in.
Dress in athletic attire and be prepared to participate barefoot (no shoes allowed on mats)
