This form is for NON-EMERGENCY / NOT IN PROGRESS incident reports. An officer will not see your report in real time and will not respond to your location. You may receive a telephone call from a department representative on a later date (if necessary to complete the report).

Important Reporting Information

  • If the incident did not occur within the city limits of Daytona Beach, please file your report with the appropriate city or contact the Volusia County Sheriff’s Non-Emergency Number at 386-248-1777.
  • Due to the sensitive nature of certain incidents, the following reports cannot be submitted online and must be made in person to law enforcement at 129 Valor Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32118, provided the incident occurred within the city limits of Daytona Beach:
    • Aggravated Assaults
    • Aggravated Batteries
    • Assaults/Batteries
    • Burglaries
    • Hit-and-Run Crashes
    • Domestic Violence
    • Frauds
    • Identity Thefts
    • Missing Persons
    • Shoplifting
    • Stolen Vehicles
    • Thefts over $750 (Grand Theft)
    • Violations of Restraining Orders (call 911 immediately)
