While Officer was preforming regular patrol, passed a vehicle being driving by a subject that was known to have an open warrant out of Volusia County. After the traffic stop and notification of the warrant, subject refused to leave the vehicle without officer assistance.
She was pulled over after an Officer noticed that she had only 1 working brake light on her vehicle. When Officer made contact, she gave an incorrect name because her license were suspended.
Vehicle was observed swerving on the roadway. During the traffic stop, Officers discovered the subject was in possession of marijuana, paraphernalia and was driving on a suspended/revoked/canceled license.
Received a call about a subject walking down the middle of a street, refusing to move for traffic. Upon officer arrival subject started running through backyards. After a 20 minute canvas of the area he was located behind a residence. At that time he was taken into custody with further issue.
During a traffic stop, Mr. Hockenbury was a subject inside the vehicle and it was discovered that he had an open warrant out of Volusia County
