Bomb threat called into Dunkin' Donuts; public urged to stay away from area

UPDATE: Police have searched the building and found nothing. Woodland Boulevard has been reopened. 

ORIGINAL POST: (DeLand, FL) - Police are responding to a bomb threat made this morning at a Dunkin' Donuts in South DeLand.

The Dunkin' Donuts at 1298 South Woodland Boulevard received a call about 11:45 a.m. Tuesday about bombs going off at the location. 

Police evacuated the building and parking lot and the public is asked to avoid the area until it is deemed safe. Woodland Boulevard at New Hampshire is being shut down until the investigation is over.

Detectives and a K-9 unit are responding to the scene.
