On March 23rd, 2019 at around 2:30 am, Deland Officers came across the suspect sleeping in her vehicle with the vehicle running and the lights on during a routine patrol. During the course of the investigation the suspect was requested to preform several field sobriety test all which the suspect failed. She also consented to having a breath test done which showed her to be above the legal limit. She also admitted to officers she had narcotics on her which were taken into evidence to be destroyed. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail with out incident.
