On 05/11/18 officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle that showed to have expired decal. The passenger of the vehicle attempted to conceal an unknown item from officers. The defendant was removed from the vehicle and questioned regarding said item. It was revealed that the defendant had concealed narcotics in her clothing. The narcotics were recovered and the defendant was placed in handcuffs and transferred to the Volusia County Branch Jail.
