On 10/19/2017 the defendant was issued a trespass warning from Wal-Mart. On 10/28/2017 Wal-Mart's Loss Prevention Officer located the defendant at a self check out and contacted police. Once police confirmed the defendant was preciously issued a trespass warning the defendant was arrested.
